Insulated Glass
GCI offers insulating glass units from 7/16" (9mm) to 1" (25mm), with a maximum thickness of 1 5/16" (33mm) for sloped glazing. A variety of glass combinations of clear, tint, high performance (pyrolitic and vacuum deposited) reflective and Low-E is available as annealed, heat-strengthened or tempered glass.
GCI offers a variety of insulating glass make-ups depending on the end use. Our insulated glass is fabricated on a Lisec automated vertical production line, which produces the flattest and least distorted insulating glass units possible.
Dual Seal: polyisobutylene (butyl) primary seal; secondary seal of polysulfide for most applications and silicone for structural glazing. Silicone must be specified.
